We are trial lawyers. For more than a decade we have combined our respective talents and specializations in five distinct areas of practice: Environmental Litigation, Contingent Fee Practice, Business Litigation, Criminal Litigation, and Domestic Relations Practice. We are experienced trial counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of civil, criminal, and administrative matters, including both jury and bench trials in the Federal, State Superior, and District Courts. We have argued appeals in the First Circuit and the Massachusetts Appellate Courts. We represent clients in arbitration proceedings as well as in mediation and other forums for alternative dispute resolution throughout New England. We are proud of our ten-year track record of success in representing our clients across a broad spectrum of cases.
