Roger J. Donahue, Jr., focuses his practice on personal injury litigation in the State and Federal courts and various administrative bodies in Massachusetts. He has handled a wide-variety of injury cases over the last twenty-six years from in-take to verdict, including products liability, medical malpractice, construction accident, premises liability, dram shop, automobile accident and work-related injury cases. Roger, a Suffolk Law School graduate, has a unique perspective on cases as he concentrated his practice exclusively representing plaintiffs over the first twenty years of his practice, then worked as panel and in-house counsel for a number of insurance companies, including two major commercial carriers. Roger has taken this valuable experience and applies it to the representation of personal injury victims at Giarrusso, Norton, Cooley & McGlone.
